Memorial Trees
Trees can be purchased for individuals, groups and/or organizations as a gift, a living memorial or to commemorate a special occasion. The location of the tree will be mutually agreed upon by Park District management and the purchaser and should be identified before a deposit or payment is made.
The cost for each tree depends on the type you choose. This includes planting the tree and maintenance. A memorial plaque can be added for an additional cost. It is a 3.25" by 6" plaque with up to four lines (twenty characters each line) of engraving. The plaque is mounted on a cut stone base and anchored in concrete beneath the tree.
A limited amount of trees will be planted each season. Orders must be placed by the last Friday in April (Arbor Day) for trees to be planted in the spring. For fall plantings, orders must be placed by the last Friday in September. Purchasers will be kept informed of the approximate dates their tree will be planted and plaque installed.
In the event a memorial tree does not survive two full growing seasons, a new tree (similar variety and size as originally planted) will be installed by the Park District.

Memorial Benches
A memorial bench is the perfect way to accent one of our parks and provides a special place of remembrance. You can inscribe a memorial bench with a message of love, recognition, hope, or whatever you desire. This dedication provides a lasting tribute in honor of a loved one and enhances the meaning of a bench to park users. The memorial benches are 6 feet wide with recycled plastic cedar panels, cast iron supports and reside on an ADA accessible concrete bench pad. Additionally, a personalized plaque in honor of your loved one is included.
Total cost for a memorial bench varies and includes the bench, installation, upkeep, and a remembrance plaque. Exact location will be coordinated at time of purchase and is subject to approval by Park District staff.
Veterans Memorial Brick Pavers
Permanently engrave a tribute to honor a family member or friend that have served or are currently serving our great country, or show support for our Veterans Memorial with an appropriate military style quote. All bricks are subject to committee approval. After your brick has been ordered, installation will be completed in approximately 4-6 weeks, weather permitting. You will be notified once the installation has been completed. If your purchase is a gift, you will receive a certificate to present to the recipient.

Sea Lion Aquatic Park Brick Pavers
Leave your impression in Lisle with a lasting message that will be installed at the entrance to the award-winning Sea Lion Aquatic Park.
The opening of the state-of-the-art Sea Lion Aquatic Park in 2004 provided the Lisle Partners for Parks Foundation with the perfect opportunity to develop the Personalized Brick Paving Program. All proceeds benefit the Lisle Partners for Parks Foundation scholarship program and advancement of the mission of the Lisle Park District.
When you purchase your 4‘‘ x 8‘‘ brick, the inscription you choose is strictly a personal one. However, your inscription must fit the size restrictions. After your brick has been ordered, installation will be completed in approximately 4-6 weeks, weather permitting. You will be notified once the installation has been completed. If your purchase is a gift, you will receive a certificate to present to the recipient.
