Lisle Community Park Fitness Trail

The Lisle Community Park Fitness Trail is available for public use. It is located immediately south of Community Park's playground, Discovery Playground. This fitness trail consists of seven (7) individual outdoor exercise components spaced out along the Community Park path that runs along the south side of Sea Lion Aquatic Park.

Fitness Equipment

2-Person Push Ups & Dips Station
Strengthens chest, shoulders, upper and mid abs, forearms and triceps

Strengthens obliques and upper, mid and lower abdominals; Can be used by two people simultaneously

Strengthens chest, shoulders, upper and mid abs, forearms and triceps

Strengthens abdominals and leg muscles, particularly quads and calves; Great social activity

Can be used for pull-ups and push-ups; Strengthens chest, shoulders, uppeer and mid abs, forearms and triceps; Can be used by five people simultaneously
