STRENGTH & CARDIO Ages 16+

Group Training: Group training combines the benefits of one-on-one training with the motivation of working in a group. You will push yourself farther training with others than you ever would on your own. The class combines endurance and strength training using body weight and various types of equipment, including resistance bands, dumbbells, stability balls, TRX suspension trainer, and more!

ZUMBA® Ages 16+

ZUMBA®: Ditch the workout - join the party! ZUMBA® has easy to follow moves and routines featuring interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA®.

ZUMBA® Toning: Perfect for those who want to party but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! How It Works: The challenge of adding resistance by using ZUMBA® Toning Sticks (or light weights) helps you focus on specific muscle groups so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! Benefits: Lightweight maraca-like toning sticks enhance sense of rhythm and coordination while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body. Shake, shake, shake things up!

YOGA Ages 16+

Yoga for Strength & Stability: This unique workout is designed to integrate strength, flexibility and sculpting poses, causing your body to feel in balance. Breathe, relax and engage core muscle groups to create renewed energy, a sense of well-being and inner calm.

Yoga for Mind & Body: Vinyasa flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between poses, coordinated with guided breath. The vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. In this class, the focus is on breathing and correct alignment as you flow from one pose to another. This will help strengthen the core, promote flexibility in the body and overall cardiovascular fitness. There is an emphasis on advancing gradually and each yogi is encouraged to modify by listening to their body. Emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Classes are designed for all levels. Please bring a mat to class.

SENIOR FITNESS Ages 50+

Strength & Bone Density: There is scientific evidence that shows the benefits of weight bearing exercise on bone density. We reach peak bone density in our twenties and begin to lose it in our thirties. This is especially true without proper exercise, diet and with a family history of osteoporosis. This class takes you through a wide variety of light weight bearing exercises to help you stay strong and healthy. Our instructor, Holly Ramsdell, is certified in senior fitness and has enjoyed teaching seniors since 2009.

Gentle Yoga: Age more gracefully and become more active through yoga. It’s a perfect practice for those with injuries, poor balance, or stiffness. This is a safe and gentle approach proven to improve posture, flexibility, balance, and strength. Yoga improves breathing and mindfulness, leading to improved mental well-being. You will feel stronger and more alert. A chair is used for the first part of the class followed by floor exercises. Please bring a yoga mat.

ZUMBA® Gold: ZUMBA® Gold is for active older adults who are looking for a modified ZUMBA® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. The design of the class introduces easy to follow ZUMBA® choreography that focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, range of motion, balance, and coordination. Come ready to sweat and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. This dance-fitness class is suitable for all fitness levels, and no experience is necessary. Come join the fun!
