Personal Training

Community Park Fitness is now offering Personal Training to members and nonmembers. This program is designed to challenge, motivate and help you achieve maximum results through one-on-one workouts.  Our experienced and certified trainers will develop personalized one-hour workout routines specifically designed so you can achieve your own personal fitness goals.  Each motivating session ensures you will receive proper instruction and guidance to guarantee the most effective workout.

Personal Trainers

John Mizoguchi 

John has worked as a personal trainer for over 6 years and holds personal trainer certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and as well as a performance enhancement specialist certification from NASM. John will help you achieve your fitness goals through a safe, effective, and individualized exercise program while keeping you motivated and interested by incorporating various training methods. No two sessions will be the same! In his spare time, John enjoys practicing and competing in Brazilian Jujitsu and teaching Lisle Park District’s Group Training class.

Kim Brondyke

Kim has worked as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for over 3 years and holds a personal trainer and kickboxing instructor certification from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Kim is passionate about making fitness accessible to everyone. She believes that combining strength training and cardio into one's exercise routine will help enhance their physical and emotional quality of life no matter what age. In addition to training, Kim has run 8 marathons and two ultra-marathons, and has completed 4 triathlons. She teaches Lisle Park District fitness classes including Total Body Conditioning and Cardio Surge.
