Personal Training
Community Park Fitness is now offering Personal Training to members and
nonmembers. This program is designed to challenge, motivate and help you achieve
maximum results through one-on-one workouts. Our experienced and certified
trainers will develop personalized one-hour workout routines specifically
designed so you can achieve your own personal fitness goals. Each
motivating session ensures you will receive proper instruction and guidance to
guarantee the most effective workout.

Personal Trainers

John Mizoguchi
John has worked as a personal trainer in the health
and fitness industry for over four years and holds personal trainer
certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and
the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as well as a
performance enhancement specialist certification from NASM.
John will help you achieve all of your fitness goals through a
safe, effective, and individualized exercise program while keeping you
motivated and interested by incorporating various training methods.
No two sessions will be the same!

Kim Brondyke
Kim has worked as a personal trainer and group exercise
instructor for 2 years and holds a personal trainer and kickboxing instructor
certification from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
Kim is passionate about teaching the benefits of strength training and
cardio to all to help her clients live a longer and healthier life.
In addition to training Kim has run 5 marathons, including the Chicago
Marathon, and completed 4 triathlons and teaches many Lisle Park District
fitness classes include Total Body Conditioning, Kickboxing, 5k Training, Cardio
Surge and Boot Camp.
