The Lisle Park District owns and maintains 37 park sites, totaling close to 400 acres of  land. Through generous lease arrangements and cooperative efforts of Lisle Community Unit School District 202, the Village of Lisle, and Naperville Community Unit School District 203, the we at the Lisle Park District are able to expand our program offerings through the use of their property and facilities. Instructions: Hold both handgrips then let your body follow the turn of the wheel in clockwise & counter clockwise directions.

Instructions: Place feet on the pedals, grip handles, then step up & down repeatedly.
Waist Twister
Waist Twister
Instructions: Hold handles firmly with both hands and place feet solidly in the center of one of the rotating circular platforms. Turn waist repeatedly from side to side.

Instructions: Two sets of bars allow for leg raise & arm dip movement.
