Rollerblading, BMX, and Skateboarding
The Lisle Park District's Community Ramp Park is located within Community park.
It is available for use by in-line skaters, BMX, skateboarders, and
non-motorized scooters. The Lisle Park District also has an expansive
path system in Community Park for recreational users. Approved in-line skating areas are
also located directly south of the Community
Center at 1825 Short Street.
Tennis and basketball courts operated by the Lisle Park District are off limits
to rollerblading and in-line skating. These areas are reserved for their
intended purpose and the damage caused by in-line skating creates unjustified
maintenance expenses.
Please obey the Lisle Park District's
rules and regulations. They are set to provide the best possible recreational
experience for everyone. If you would like further information, copies of the
district's rules and regulations are available at the Community and Meadows
Centers.

Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy
The Lisle Park District is committed
to providing the best quality programs to our residents. If you are not
completely satisfied with the program after the first class, just give us a
call. We will send you a Dissatisfied Refund Form and we refund your money. It
is that easy. (Trips and 1-day events are not included.)
Why are we doing this? We want all
our residents and participants to get their money's worth from our programming.
We are convinced that what we offer is of the highest quality and will back that
with a guarantee.
We ask that you fill out the
Dissatisfied Refund Form so we can make the program better. Your comments and
suggestions are valued at the Lisle Park District.

Parents Attending
Their Child's Class
With your child's best interest in
mind, parents are invited to their child's mid-term and/or last class meeting.
Our instructors have found that their quality of instruction has often been
affected by parent and/or sibling distractions, interruptions, and various other
concerns during class time. We also feel it is most beneficial for children to
have recreational time with their peers.
When possible, an area within the
program facility will be designated as an appropriate place to wait during class
time. For your convenience, Room 201 in the Meadows Center is provided for
parents who choose to stay in the building during their child's class. If you
plan to wait for your child, you are requested to wait in this room.
Our instructors always welcome the
opportunity to discuss participants' progress with parents at any time. Please
contact the district office if you would like your child's instructor to contact
you. Thank you for your cooperation!
